I’m Kevin (Khoa) To, an AI Creative Lead and Creative Technologist at Deloitte Digital. I grew up in Vietnam and began in spatial design, carrying that instinct into complex digital products, interactive experiences and AI.
Nearly a decade in digital consulting has taught me to turn ambiguity into something tangible: clear enough to align people, credible enough to deliver and useful enough to adopt.
What I do
Creative judgement, product craft and consulting discipline turn complexity into useful experiences.
With leaders and senior stakeholders, I frame the problem around the people it affects, connect customer and business priorities, and set a clear experience direction.
That direction takes shape in interfaces, interaction models, design systems and prototypes.
