I design for people first, using technology as the material.

I’m Kevin (Khoa) To, an AI Creative Lead and Creative Technologist at Deloitte Digital. I grew up in Vietnam and began in architecture, learning to think about space, scale and how people move through an environment.

That spatial lens carried me through 3D visualisation, VR and AR into digital consulting, product design, design systems and creative AI. The tools changed; the focus did not: understand the problem, shape the experience and make it tangible.

Nearly a decade at Deloitte Digital has allowed me to work alongside exceptional creative and technology talent on complex work for some of Australia’s most recognised organisations. It taught me that strong ideas must be clear enough to align people, credible enough to deliver and useful enough to adopt.

I help leadership teams turn ambitious ideas into experiences, systems and practical paths to delivery.

I work across problem framing, creative direction and delivery, translating between leadership, design and technology while keeping the human experience at the centre.

My craft spans product and interaction design, design systems, visual direction and front-end prototyping. I use AI, digital humans and adaptive interfaces when they make a problem clearer or an experience more useful, connecting Figma, components, code and delivery constraints so the idea holds together beyond the presentation.

I also build the conditions for teams to continue: clearer methods, practical AI enablement and shared language across design, engineering and leadership.
